Items that are unworn, unwashed, with all tags, in sell-able condition may be returned for a refund in the form of the original payment when received within 30 days of the date you placed your order (this is the date you received your email confirmation). Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. We will refund your credit card within 7 days of receiving your return. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Items returned in poor condition (such as makeup stains or pet hair) or without a return authorization are subject to 20-50% re-stocking fees or refusal.
Items That Are Not Eligible For Returns or Exchanges:
-Formal and Prom dresses with the words "Party Dress" in their title
-One of a kind and special order items.
-Items marked as final sale
-Items that have been damaged
-Returns received after 30 days of order date.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Party, Bridal, and Formal Dresses because each dress is special ordered just for you.

Once we receive returns they will be processed within 3-6 business days and at this time you will be issued a refund through your original payment method.
Please make sure that your item is eligible for a return before sending it. Items returned without a return authorization are subject to restocking fees or refusal.
If you would like to make an exchange please contact us with the information about what you would like to exchange and to return the merchandise. Once we receive your return we will ship out your exchange within 1-2 business days.
